We all have our own way of releasing tension, letting go of problems. Sometimes I love running, or letting the air wash over me, other times I love reading books, or watching a film. What do you do?

It was incredibly cold when Sasha and I went to do this, so we did it pretty quickly - apparently it was 5°C, but the wind chill must have been at about 1°C, because it was FREEZING!
